My tenure with Iron Mountain Australia was before the Recall acquisition which took place in 2016 which changed the local footprint for Iron Mountain in Australasia and saw many of the pre 2016 assets sold off to other competitors.
My position included the full financial, operational, and business development functions of the Iron Mountain’s NSW records management operations.
This position covered the management of three facilities in NSW including two purpose built high-rise mezzanine racked hard copy records storage facilities location in Campbelltown and Erskine Park in Sydney's west and southwest, a large volume high security climate controlled media protection vault located in Erskine Park in Sydneys west, a document and media digital re-imaging operation location in Chippendale just south of the Sydney CBD, and a high security destruction shredding operation located at Martaville in Sydney's south east.
In this position was was responsible for the account management of the NSW high profile clients including many of the major banks, health organisations and legal firms. I operated a management structure that included new business sales, account management, warehousing and transport operations as well as finance and operational support staff.
